Experience

Business
I have helped individuals form/organize and manage a number of different types of business entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. I created operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, and represented entities in mergers, conversions and dissolutions and advised on regulatory matters and other day-to-day business issues.

Real Estate
In the realm of real estate, I have developed a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. Whether it involves traditional sales and purchases, short sale transactions, or commercial and residential development, I am well-versed in handling diverse real estate matters.

Landlord/Tenant Law
One of the key areas of my practice is handling both commercial and residential evictions and damage claims for clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. I also assist clients in drafting and interpreting agricultural and commercial leases, residential rental agreements, and other rental documents. By providing guidance and support in these matters, I strive to protect the rights and interests of my clients while ensuring legal compliance and resolving disputes effectively.
