Alex Phillips
Overview
I am a civil litigation attorney and my practice focuses on contract disputes, financial industry litigation, and tort actions. I emphasize client contact at every stage of the case to ensure that my client makes informed decisions. Whether you’re experienced with the law or new to it, I give straightforward explanations that you understand and give my recommendation on the best course of action. My client-centered approach, combined with my passion for litigation, has led to favorable results for my clients, from procedural victories to significant settlements in high-stakes cases. I love my work and collaborative team at Turke & Strauss and look forward to serving the legal needs of our community.
Experience
Before joining Turke & Strauss, I practiced at a general practice firm in Watertown, Wisconsin. That position gave me wide-ranging experience in navigating legal issues for both individuals and small businesses. As a result, I feel comfortable tackling new issues and at-ease in court. Over that time, I won several court trials and contested hearings, and was fortunate enough to negotiate a number of high-dollar settlements. Now, my practice focuses on civil litigation, but I continue to benefit from my general practice background
