Growing up, I watched my father work hard to make his business a success. Witnessing his determination led me to pursue a career in law, where I aim to help other talented and persistent individuals achieve their business goals. Having been immersed in the business world my whole life, I understand the challenges businesses face, giving me a unique edge in my legal practice. Collections
I have worked with both private creditors and financial institutions to enforce their rights to collect on a debt. Whether they are seeking to enforce their rights under credit agreements; navigating the foreclosure process, to enforce their security interests; or navigating the complexities that they could potentially face when a debtor files for bankruptcy, I am here to help.
Business Law
In my time as an attorney I have worked with businesses on a wide array of matters including drafting organizational documents, succession planning, and litigation. My goal is to help clients in every step of their business, whether it be the beginning, the middle or the end.
Landlord/Tenant Law
Landlord tenant law is complex, and being able to provide services to help my clients understand their legal rights, obligations and contractual relationships is important. The eviction process can be challenging, so helping clients navigate their challenges is an important part of my practice.
