WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, The Alamo Insurance Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, The Alamo Insurance Group determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information on January 9, 2024. On March 12, 2024, The Alamo Insurance Group began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number 
  • Date of birth
