In March 2024, Victory Bank reported the data breach to the Attorney General of Texas. According to the breach report, Victory Bank has notified individuals whose data may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
