WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, TalentLaunch discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, TalentLaunch determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information on or about May 31, 2023. On March 1, 2024, TalentLaunch began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license or state ID number
- Taxpayer ID number
- Passport number
- Financial account information
- Digital signature
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Biometric information
- Mother’s maiden name
