Recently, United Service Companies discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information may have been accessed. Through its investigation, United Service Companies determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through certain employee email accounts between October 14, 2023, and November 15, 2023. Recently, United Service Companies began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or government issued ID number
  • Passport number
  • Financial account information
  • Medical information
