WHAT HAPPENED?
In October 2023, Software Systems discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Software Systems determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information between September 29, 2023, and October 13, 2023. On November 20, 2023, Software Systems began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
