WHAT HAPPENED?
On or about January 31, 2024, MFLEX discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, MFLEX determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information between December 1, 2022, and January 2, 2023. Recently, MFLEX began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license, state ID, or passport number
- Financial information (e.g., financial account number, account access information, payment card number, payment card access information)
- Medical information (e.g., medical treatment and diagnosis)
- Health insurance information
