WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 25, 2023, Quaker Windows & Doors discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Quaker Windows & Doors determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or about November 25, 2023. On December 29, 2023, Quaker Windows & Doors began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Social Security number
