Additionally, National Amusements’ theatre services include rentals for meetings, sales conferences, product launches, and private events. National Amusements is the controlling shareholder of Paramount Global and employs over 5,000 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, National Amusements discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, National Amusements determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between December 13, 2022, and December 15, 2022. On December 22, 2023, National Amusements began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The exact type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
