VF Corporation Data Breach Investigation

On December 13, 2023, VF Corporation discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, VF Corporation determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information during the cyber-attack. On December 15, 2023, VF Corporation reported the data breach in its Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
