WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Americold Logistics discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Americold Logistics determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information during a cybersecurity incident that involved the deployment of malware on April 26, 2023. On December 8, 2023, Americold Logistics began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Driver’s license or state ID number
  • Passport number
  • Financial account information
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
