WHAT HAPPENED?

On October 27, 2023, Chicago Trading Company discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Chicago Trading Company confirmed that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive personal information and threatened to post it on the dark web. Recently, Chicago Trading Company began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Passport information
