Headquartered in Santa Ana, California, Generations Healthcare employs over 1,000 individuals throughout its 29 facilities in California and Nevada.
Recently, Generations Healthcare discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Generations Healthcare determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through employee email accounts between May 24, 2023, and June 13, 2023. Recently, Generations Healthcare began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
