Headquarters in Irvine, California, Shopoff Reality Investments’ approach combines analysis of real estate markets and expertise in entitlement and adaptive reuse strategies.2 Included in Shopoff Reality Investments’ clientele are banks, developers, and builders.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On April 27, 2023, Shopoff Reality Investments experienced a breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Shopoff Reality Investments determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee email account between April 27 and May 4, 2023. On September 27, 2023, Shopoff Reality Investments began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information includes:

  • Social Security number
