WHAT HAPPENED?

On January 2, 2023, Paramount Pool & Spa Systems discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Paramount Pool & Spa Systems determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information between January 1 and January 2, 2023. On September 11, 2023, Paramount Pool & Spa Systems began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
