WHAT HAPPENED?

On June 26, 2023, Gerber Childrenswear discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Gerber Childrenswear determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information between June 13 and June 26, 2023. On August 14, 2023, Gerber Childrenswear began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
