Headquartered in Kent, Washington, T&A Supply Company operates 18 offices and employs 230 individuals throughout Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, T&A Supply Company discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, T&A Supply Company determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on December 16, 2022. On July 17, 2023, T&A Supply Company began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Passport information
  • Driver’s license or government identification information
  • Bank or financial account number
  • Routing number
