Incredible Technologies Data Breach Investigation

Accordingly, Incredible Technologies designs and manufactures coin-operated video games, casino games, and home arcade games, including the Golden Tee Golf series of games. Founded in 1985, Incredible Technologies has over 250 employees, including designers, programmers, artists, animators, audio engineers, service technicians, production, sales, and support personnel. Headquartered in Vernon Hills, Illinois, Incredible Technologies operates a secondary location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On September 9, 2022, Incredible Technologies discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Incredible Technologies determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information between August 3 and September 9, 2022. On June 26, 2023, Incredible Technologies began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
