Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Vincera Institute operates a surgery center, rehab facilities, yoga studios, and imaging and medical centers at its single location.


Recently, Vincera Institute discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. While the investigation is ongoing, Vincera Institute determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack on April 29, 2023. On June 20, 2023, Vincera Institute issued a notice to individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed may include:
