Bone & Joint Clinic employs 28 orthopedic care providers and 12 physical and occupational therapists and is the first surgical center in north central Wisconsin to offer robotic arm assisted total knee and hip replacement.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On January 16, 2023, Bone & Joint Clinic discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Bone & Joint Clinic determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on January 16, 2023. On March 7, 2023, Bone & Joint Clinic began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Health insurance information
  • Contact information
  • Diagnosis and treatment information
