WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 14, 2022, Intelligent Business Solutions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Intelligent Business Solutions determined that an unknown actor may have accessed this sensitive information by launching a malware attack between November 10 and November 15, 2022. On February 10, 2023, Intelligent Business Solutions began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
