Agilix Solutions Data Breach Investigation

Turke & Strauss LLP, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Agilix Solutions and its subsidiary, Applied Technologies, regarding its recent data breach. The Agilix Solutions data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.


Agilix Solutions is an electrical supply distributor that specializes in contracting services and products within the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors. Founded in 2021 through the merger of two long-time distributors, Agilix Solutions has made a name for itself by partnering with Fortune 500 businesses across the United States. Accordingly, Agilix Solutions offers products and services in automation, electrical supply, power transmission, safety, and more. Today, Agilix Solutions is one of the top 50 electrical supply distributors in the United States. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Agilix Solutions operates branches throughout the Midwest and Southern United States.


On November 28, 2022, Agilix Solutions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Agilix Solutions determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack between November 22 and November 27, 2022. On January 31, 2023, Agilix Solutions began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Address
  • Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number)
