Empress Ambulance Service Data Breach Investigation

Turke & Strauss LLP, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Empress Ambulance Service LLC, which does business as Empress EMS, regarding its recent breach. The Empress EMS data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to over 315,000 individuals.

Empress EMS is a privately held ambulance company that provides emergency medical transportation services and quality after care transportation services in New York State. Based in the City of Yonkers, Empress EMS provides 9-1-1 emergency medical response services to Yonkers as well as additional mutual aid response services to neighboring areas.
