My practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including the prosecution of class and collective actions. I routinely represent employees and consumers in cases involving financial industry regulation, product mislabeling, and consumer privacy. I employ a variety of research and analytic techniques to support large-scale litigation, including the design and of databases to manage large volumes of data. I enjoy working on impact litigation because it provides access to justice for under served populations.
I joined Turke & Strauss shortly after graduating from law school. Before this, I worked as a law clerk for the Office of General Counsel at Fermilab, America’s particle physics and accelerator laboratory. My primary focus was on prime contract compliance, requiring personnel counseling with respect to laboratory policies and processes. Prior to law school, I worked in State and Federal politics.
