Susan Brown

Of Counsel

I am an experienced employment attorney who counsels clients on employment-related legal compliance and handles employee-related disputes including administrative claims and litigation. As a licensed attorney in both California and Ontario, Canada, I understand the complexity of regulations in these employee-friendly jurisdictions and can assist companies with cross-border disputes. I have experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of the civil litigation process, from investigations, discovery, expert work, summary judgment motions, and settlement, through trial, and appeals.

Prior to serving of counsel to Turke & Strauss, I practiced with the Silicon Valley offices of Robins Kaplan LLP and with Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP in Toronto. Between college and law school, I was a senior policy advisor with the Ontario Attorney General.
