WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Eastern Radiologists discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Eastern Radiologists determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information between November 20 and November 24, 2023. As a result, Eastern Radiologists began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Social Security number
  • Imaging results
  • Diagnosis information
  • Medical treatment information
  • Health insurance information
