WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Vulcan Industries discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Vulcan Industries determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between October 31 and November 2, 2023. On February 12, 2024, Vulcan Industries began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Government ID number
  • Financial account information
  • Health information
