Through its investigation, Crossroads determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive personal information on or about April 1, 2023. On February 23, 2024, Crossroads began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license, passport, or other government ID
  • Financial account information
  • Credit or Debit card numbers
  • Vehicle information
  • Tax documents
  • Medical information
  • Credit report, including credit score and credit history
  • Loan applications
  • Digital signatures
