Through its investigation, United Service Companies determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through certain employee email accounts between October 14, 2023, and November 15, 2023. Recently, United Service Companies began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Medical information
