WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, GC Services discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, GC Services determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between September 11 and September 20, 2023. On January 30, 2024, GC Services began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, routing number, credit or debit card number)
