WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Paul Stuart discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Paul Stuart determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between October 26 and October 28, 2023. As a result, Paul Stuart began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or state-issued ID number
  • Financial account number, or credit or debit card number, with or without any required security code
